The new annual fishing event for people with special needs.  It is held at the Ralph and Trish Wilburn's Greenhorn Guest Ranch, in conjunction with Mountain Hardware, ALIVE Plumas Rural Services.  This event is by far the most enjoyable and rewarding of the year.
